This is the place for all sewing machine repair as well as a great place to shop. While talking to them we inquired about some local restaurants. They steered us right. Food was great. It was well worth the 2 hour drive. They also have a GREAT assortment of new and used vacuums for sale.”

“Great selection of good, affordable machines. Love the personal service and that I can go in and try a machine before buying it. This helps me know if this machine feels right or wrong for me and my skill level. After you buy a machine, they also allow you to set up a one on one class to learn, master your machine and it’s settings. You may pay more than a big box sewing machine but you can’t try them before buying and sales are usually final and there’s a difference. I have both which is what led me into sewing authority. Highly recommend them.”

The people that delivered the huge and heavy cabinet was Erich Sunde and his partner. They came a few minutes early, carried it to the basement and had it set up and running within minutes. Very pleasant and respectful folks. Overall, the whole experience was very satisfying and this should be the model for other businesses to follow.”
