We strive to give an accurate estimate when you drop your machine off but in some cases we ask that you pay a $49.99 deposit to have us inspect and estimate the repair (which is applied to the repair cost) and our basic machine repairs start at $99.99 and go up from there, and vary depending on complexity and time required to properly repair your machine. Be sure to bring the following; foot pedal, power cord, feet necessary for testing basic stitches, any other items necessary to repair the area of concern in the machine). We don’t need any extras just the items necessary to repair & tune your machine properly.
